Oversee Life Enrichment Coordinator in regard to working together to provide one-to-one and group activities for the residents residing within the skilled nursing facility
Complete UDA items and additional documentation for regulatory compliance
Work with IDT Team on resident care plan items
Attend meetings as appropriate for activity and facility compliance
Other duties as assigned
Preference given to those with experience in healthcare facility settings.
