Job Summary:

Prestige Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and organized Activities Director to join our team at Bridgewater Post Acute in Richmond, VA. As an Activities Director, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of our activities program.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of our activities program

• Facilitate group activities and encourage resident participation

• Chart attendance and maintain accurate records

• Assist with one-on-one activities, transportation to and from activities, and special events

• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered treatment and care

Requirements:

• NCCAP Certification (National Certification Council for Activity Professionals)

• Experience working in activities department in a healthcare setting
