Concierge Ambassador

What You'll Do:

* Elevate the resident experience — every interaction counts

* Be the go-to support for admitting residents

* Update and communicate with family members. 

* Handle non-clinical requests (yes, even the little things)

* Report mood, engagement, and subtle shifts

*  Assist external admissions team with notification to facility on admissions

* Complete admission sign-ins and resident consents
