Avenue at Stow is preparing to open the doors to our brand-new skilled nursing facility, and we're searching for an energetic, relationship-driven Admissions & Marketing Director to help lead the way!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive Admissions Success: Develop and execute creative strategies to increase referrals, admissions, and facility census.

• Build Powerful Partnerships: Establish lasting relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, assisted living communities, and healthcare providers.

• Be the Face of Avenue at Stow: Represent our beautiful new facility at community events, networking opportunities, and professional meetings.

• Lead Our Marketing Efforts: Develop engaging marketing campaigns utilizing social media, digital platforms, print materials, and community outreach.

• Collaborate for Success: Partner with our Administrator, Director of Nursing, and leadership team to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

• Make an Impact: Monitor referral trends, evaluate marketing performance, and identify opportunities for continued growth.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?

• Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, business development, or a related field is required.

• Knowledge of skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and healthcare referral processes preferred.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.

• Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and achieve admissions goals.

• A passion for seniors and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
