About the Role:

As a Unit Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our nursing staff and residents. Your primary duties will include:

• Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to voicemails

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, charts, and reports

• Preparing and distributing reports, charts, and other documents as needed

• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing requests

• Providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control standards
