At Champions ABA, our mission is to empower children and families through compassionate, individualized ABA services. We are seeking a caring and motivated Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support an immediate in-home case in Easton, MA.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with a child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Through engaging and evidence-based teaching strategies, you will help your client build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while making a meaningful impact on their growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and record session data accurately

• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals

• Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• RBT certification preferred but not required

• Experience working with children is a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude

• Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback from supervisors
