About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our team's mission to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. You will work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children and adults with autism spectrum disorder. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings

• Collecting and recording data on client behavior

• Assisting BCBAs with treatment plan development and implementation

• Collaborating with clients, families, and other team members to ensure successful outcomes

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
