Sanford Manor Home for Adults, part of The W Group, is hiring a Porter to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for the residents who call it home. What You’ll Do

• Keep common areas, hallways, lobbies, and grounds clean, sanitized, and well maintained

• Remove trash and recycling, and keep supply areas stocked and organized

• Walk the building and grounds regularly to check doors, windows, lighting, and fixtures

• Report any heating, plumbing, electrical, or safety issues to the Maintenance Director right away

• Document incidents and observations in the communication log

• Assist with setup for resident activities, moves, and special events

• Follow all infection control and safety procedures

• Support the team with other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• A respectful, friendly attitude toward residents, families, and coworkers

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

• Prior Porter or Housekeeping experience in an Assisted Living or healthcare setting is a big plus
