What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one with children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Use positive reinforcement and approved strategies to support learning and progress.

• Document sessions and communicate relevant updates to the supervising clinical team.

• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for each child.
