We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse with strong clinical and leadership skills who enjoys supporting staff, coordinating daily nursing operations, and ensuring the highest standards of resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during assigned shifts.

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality, resident-centered care.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond promptly to changes in health or medical emergencies.

• Ensure accurate and timely nursing documentation.

• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.

• Assist with staffing coordination and daily departmental needs.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and CMS guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Promote a safe, supportive, and professional environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
