About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist PT, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, incorporating a range of evidence-based techniques and modalities. Your expertise will be critical in helping our patients overcome physical challenges and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with a variety of diagnoses and conditions

• Implement and supervise the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

• Provide education and training to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals as needed

• Physical Therapist PT degree from an accredited institution

• New Jersey licensure as a Physical Therapist
