Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities

• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Complete light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable home environment

• Follow each client's care plan and daily routine

• Communicate client concerns or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to provide care independently in a client's home

• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
