CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Norwood, MA. We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who want to make a difference by helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs and changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home

• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts
