Experience Professional Care Solutions (EPCS) is hiring In Home Caregivers with pay ranging from $23 to $29/hour

We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

• 8 AM–12 PM: Early riser? Get your workday in before lunch and enjoy a free afternoon.

• 9 AM–3 PM: Want more hours without giving up your evenings? Make the most of a six-hour shift.

• 1 PM–5 PM: Prefer slower mornings? Sleep in, run errands, or enjoy your morning before work.

• 5 PM–9 PM: Busy during the day? Turn your evenings into earning hours while keeping your daytime routine.

• 9 PM–7 AM: Night owl? Put your overnight hours to work providing awake care while others sleep.
  

Shift assignments depend on client needs and caregiver availability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, including experience as a CNA, healthcare worker, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Assistant, In Home Caregiver, or Nursing Student.

• Dependable, professional, and responsive

• Comfortable providing personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication

• Ability to follow care plans, safety protocols, and company policies
  

CNA certification is valued but not required.

PAY & BENEFITS

• $23–$26/hour base pay

• Additional $3/hour for weekend and some short-notice coverage

• Same-day pay, holiday pay, and overtime pay
