Job Summary:
Ocean Healthcare, built on a vision to provide premium healthcare services in a caring, homelike environment, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Harmony Hospice Youngstown team. As a Hospice On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. With a deep understanding of hospice care and a current OH RN license, you will work 7 days on and 7 days off, handling after-hours calls and providing visits when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle after-hours calls for hospice patients, going out for visits when needed, covering Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull, and Ashtabula counties

• Provide compassionate care to patients and their families, promoting comfort and dignity

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

• Utilize strong communication skills to document patient information and communicate with families and healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Current OH RN License

• Prefer experience in hospice care

• Compassion and strong communication skills
