Available Shifts & Schedule

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 8-Hour Shifts

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Opportunities

• Every Other Weekend Rotation for Full-Time and Part-Time Positions

• Flexible Scheduling Available for PRN Staff

LPN Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at The Greens at Lincolnton, you will:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within the LPN scope of practice.

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Collect and document resident health information and contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR).

• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Provide guidance and support to CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate.

• Follow infection control practices, safety procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.

• Current and active North Carolina LPN license.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.
