Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook delicious and nutritious meals for our residents, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and preferences

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to ServSafe standards and food safety regulations

• Assist with menu planning, ordering, and inventory management to ensure efficient food service operations

• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement nutritionally balanced meal plans

• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences

• Maintain accurate records and perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be certified in Food Service Sanitation (ServSafe)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods
