What You'll Do

• Help plan and lead fun, engaging activities for residents

• Spend time with residents and encourage participation based on their interests

• Assist with setting up activity areas and gathering supplies

• Escort residents to and from activities as needed

• Track attendance and document resident participation

• Follow established safety and emergency procedures

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with seniors

• Someone dependable, patient, and enjoys interacting with others

• Long-term care experience is a plus, but motivated candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply!
