About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavioral Analysis at Achievers ABA, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with autism, ages 2–18. You will work in our clinic-based setting, providing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with our team of behavioral analysts to achieve optimal outcomes. With a manageable caseload and full clinical autonomy, you will have the freedom to focus on making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive ABA therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic-based settings

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and effective communication

• Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Active Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
