Job Summary:

Join our care team at Serenity Estates of Daytona Beach, a leading provider of healthcare services, as a Restorative Aide. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with our dedicated staff to provide comprehensive care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist with restorative care programs to enhance residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Implement care plans under the supervision of licensed nurses and therapists

• Perform various tasks such as vital signs, transfers, weights and ambulation as needed

• Maintain accurate records and reports of care provided

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience (or equivalent training)

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
