Client Care Assistant

Schedule: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with backup on-call responsibilities

Do you enjoy helping seniors, supporting caregivers, and building relationships with families? Touching Hearts at Home is seeking a dependable, proactive Client Care Assistant to help seniors receive exceptional care at home.
This position combines office responsibilities, client visits, and hands-on caregiving when coverage is needed. It is a great opportunity for someone with senior care and administrative experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Visit clients to check on their care, satisfaction, and changing needs.

• Introduce caregivers to clients and help them understand care expectations.

• Communicate with families, caregivers, and office staff to address concerns and support consistent care.

• Assist with caregiver orientation and maintain accurate documentation.

• Help resolve last-minute staffing needs and provide direct care when coverage cannot be arranged.

• Participate in backup on-call support, including after-hours needs.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of office experience required.

• Two or more years of senior care experience preferred.

• CNA certification preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

• Sound judgment, patience, professionalism, and the ability to take initiative.

• Willingness to travel locally to clients’ homes and provide hands-on care when needed.

Experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or hospice is especially welcome.
