Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

• Support residents with daily living activities, like feeding, mobility, and incontinence care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities

Requirements:

• Must be a current student in a nursing program or have completed a CNA program

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and patience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses
