About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Midwest Center of Youngstown, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of patient health and treatment progress

• Support patients throughout various phases of addiction treatment, including stabilization and recovery support

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, counselors, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Educate patients and their families about substance use disorders, treatment options, relapse prevention, and recovery processes

• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

• Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio

• Previous experience in an addiction treatment or substance use disorder facility preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment

• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and non-judgmental care
