We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse who will supervise and coordinate the activities of our care team to provide compassionate and personalized in-home care to our clients.

About the Role:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the care team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

• Conduct client assessments, developing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide guidance and support to care professionals, empowering them to deliver exceptional care and service to our clients.

• Monitor and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in our care delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and care professionals.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
