About the Role:

As an Infection Control Wound Nurse at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting wound assessments and developing individualized wound care plans

• Implementing and monitoring wound care interventions to prevent and treat wound infections

• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement infection control policies and procedures

• Educating staff on infection control best practices and wound care protocols

• Maintaining accurate and complete records of wound assessments, treatments, and outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in infection control and wound care nursing

• RN Registered Nurse License

• Adaptability, Flexibility, and Strong Communication Skills
