  • Identify new referral opportunities and expand existing strategic partnerships throughout the region.

  • Lead, coach, and support facility-level marketing, admissions, and business development personnel.

  • Monitor referral activity, admissions conversion, occupancy trends, and facility performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership, administrators, and clinical teams to improve responsiveness, service quality, and referral partner satisfaction.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and underserved referral markets.

  • Establish measurable goals and accountability standards for regional and facility-level business development activities.

  • Ensure all outreach, marketing, and referral development activities comply with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, marketing, admissions, or referral development within skilled nursing, post-acute care, senior care, or a related healthcare setting.

  • Proven track record of driving census growth, developing referral relationships, and improving admissions results.

  • Experience supporting multiple facilities or managing a regional territory strongly preferred.

  • Prior leadership experience overseeing marketing, admissions, or business development teams preferred.

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to analyze performance data, develop growth plans, and hold teams accountable for measurable results.

  • Willingness to travel regularly among facilities and referral partners throughout the assigned Illinois territory.
