No Worries Care is a locally owned and operated in-home care agency serving the greater Portland area since 1997. We provide dependable, compassionate, personalized care that helps seniors and adults with disabilities stay independent in their own homes. Our office is in Tigard, and our care teams serve clients in Portland, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, Hillsboro, and the surrounding communities.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to own the daily caregiver schedule and keep every client shift covered. You will match caregivers to clients, solve same-day coverage problems, and be a steady point of contact for both. This is a fast-paced office role for someone who stays calm when the plan changes.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain daily and weekly caregiver schedules

• Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, location, and care plan fit

• Communicate assignments and changes clearly to caregivers and clients

• Handle call-offs, shift swaps, and emergency coverage

• Partner with the client services team so coverage matches each care plan

• Track caregiver availability, overtime, travel time, and compliance requirements

• Keep scheduling software and internal records current

• Help onboard new caregivers into the schedule

• Support caregiver retention through direct, timely communication

What You Need

• 2+ years of scheduling, staffing, dispatch, or logistics coordination experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Clear, professional verbal and written communication

• Ability to work calmly under pressure and adjust to last-minute changes

• Comfort with scheduling software and Excel or Google Sheets

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Customer service mindset with genuine empathy for clients and caregivers

Nice to Have

• Home care, home health, senior care, or healthcare staffing experience

• Familiarity with caregiver and client matching and geographic routing

Schedule and Location

Full-time, Monday through Friday, in our Tigard office.

• $27.00 per hour
