Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

What You'll Do as CNA

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

• Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.

• Take and document vital signs as assigned.

• Help residents prepare for evening routines and bedtime while maintaining their comfort and dignity.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

• Follow infection-control procedures and all facility policies.

• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and fellow CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality resident care.

• Build positive relationships with residents and their families through patience, kindness, and respect.

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid CNA certification required for the state of employment.

• A compassionate attitude and genuine desire to care for others.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate documentation.

• Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality care.
