About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, assistance with daily living activities, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our residents. As a CNA 3pm-11pm, you will play a vital role in our evening shift, ensuring a smooth transition of care from day to night.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services

• Work effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate resident care

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
