Clinical Director (Substance Abuse / Mental Health Facility)

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Director to join our team of healthcare professionals. As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing the clinical services within our organization. Job Summary:

Oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility. Works in a collaborative effort with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of Medical Director, Program Manager, Counselors, and Nurses to identify and meet the clinical needs of the patients and to assist in their overall well-being. Provides clinical supervision to clinical staff, audits patient records, and trains counselors, when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Licensed within the State of OHIO (LPCC-S, LISW) required.

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field.

• 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Experience working in an inpatient setting is preferred.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
