At Right at Home Wilmington, our caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, connected, and independent in the homes they love.

We're looking for experienced caregivers who understand that sometimes the most important thing you can give someone is your time, patience, and attention.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CAREGIVER WITH RIGHT AT HOME:

Every client is different. Depending on the care plan, you may:

• Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with toileting and mobility

• Prepare meals

• Provide medication reminders

• Help with light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and conversation

• Accompany clients to activities or appointments

• Provide respite for family caregivers

• Help clients maintain their independence

WHAT WE OFFER OUR CAREGIVERS:

• $16–$18/hour

• Weekly pay

• Same-day pay option

• Paid orientation and training

• PTO

• Holiday and overtime pay when applicable

• Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time where applicable

• Vision, Dental, Life and other optional Aflac and Globe Life supplemental insurance

• Employee referral bonus $300

• Caregiver recognition and rewards

• 24/7 support from our local Wilmington team

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CAREGIVING TEAM MEMBERS:

We're looking for caregivers who:

• Have prior caregiving experience

• Are comfortable assisting with ADLs

• Have reliable attendance

• Have a valid driver's license and their own reliable vehicle

• Can speak, read, write, and understand English

• Are available at least 2 days per week

• Treat clients with dignity and respect

• Are comfortable working independently
