Baylor RN Supervisor (Night shift)

Job Summary:
Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills, a group of Skilled Nursing Facilities in PA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Baylor RN Supervisor to join our team in Canonsburg, PA. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and other nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care and promote a culture of excellence

• Monitor and evaluate patient care processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment

• Manage and coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching to team members

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory and company standards

Essential Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the State of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a supervisor or leadership role

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and ability to learn new technologies quickly
