You will work closely with our Dietary Department to implement menu plans, manage food inventory, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to our menu plans and dietary needs

• Manage food inventory, monitor supplies, and order necessary items

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with the Dietary Department to develop and implement menu plans

• Ensure that all food prepared is nutritious, appealing, and meets dietary requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
