We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient caregiver to provide in-home and community support to an individual working toward greater independence and improved communication skills. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day!

Schedule

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Hours: 1:45 PM to 6:15 PM

Position Requirements:

• Experience in behavioral health or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

• A reliable vehicle is required for community outings and transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home and community-based support.

• Transport the individual to local community activities.

• Encourage socialization, communication, and independence.

• Help develop new life skills and promote personal growth.

• Support the individual’s health, safety, and overall well-being.

The individual is working toward greater independence and stronger communication skills. Patience, attentiveness, and a calm, supportive approach are essential.
