About the Role:

As a RN/LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care on our night shift (7p-730a). You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with a range of needs, from rehabilitation to palliative care. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with input from patients, families, and healthcare teams
