What You'll Do

• Create and maintain nursing staff schedules

• Coordinate staffing for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Monitor call-outs, open shifts, and staffing needs

• Assist with filling open shifts and communicating schedule changes

• Work closely with the Administrator, DON, HR, and department leaders

• Maintain accurate staffing and scheduling records

• Review timekeeping and report discrepancies

• Help ensure the facility is appropriately staffed to meet resident needs

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• Healthcare staffing or scheduling experience preferred

• Skilled nursing experience preferred

• CNA certification preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
