About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at SYNERGY HomeCare, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing dementia care and management, including behavioral interventions and memory stimulation activities

• Maintaining accurate records of client care and reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse supervisor

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Supporting clients with medication management, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• Experience working with individuals with dementia and other complex needs

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
