Temporary Full Time 6:30A-6:30P | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Hospitality Aide to join our nursing team in Sevierville, Tennessee. The primary responsibility of this position will be providing attentive, compassionate one-on-one support to our residents. When one-on-one coverage is not needed, the Hospitality Aide will assist with other duties throughout the facility as assigned if available at that time.

Job Requirements

• Previous healthcare, caregiving, or hospitality experience preferred

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds & push/pull wheelchairs or similar devices

• Ability to remain attentive and engaged while providing one-on-one supervision

• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated one-on-one supervision to assigned residents

• Monitor assigned residents and promptly communicate and changes or concerns to nursing staff

• Assist with hospitality related duties throughout facility when not providing one-on-one coverage

• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments

• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment
