Complete Care at Bayshore is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in Holmdel, NJ. Our 232-bed skilled nursing facility holds a 5-star CMS Quality Measures rating and a 2-star overall rating.

We are looking for a strong, hands-on clinical leader with proven skilled nursing experience who can drive quality outcomes, support staff development, and maintain high standards of resident care.

Key Responsibilities for Director of Nursing (DON):

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.

• Lead, mentor, and support nursing leadership and clinical staff.

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.

• Drive improvements in clinical outcomes, quality measures, and survey readiness.

• Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary teams.

• Manage staffing, clinical performance, and nursing department operations.

• Foster accountability, teamwork, and a resident-centered culture.

Qualifications for Director of Nursing (DON):

• Active New Jersey RN license required.

• Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience in a skilled nursing facility required.

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, survey processes, and clinical compliance.

• Proven ability to lead nursing teams and improve clinical performance.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management approach.
