About the Role:

As a Staff Development Coordinator RN, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing staff education programs designed to enhance patient care and outcomes. You'll collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify learning needs, design training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of healthcare innovations and ensure our residents receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement staff education programs, including in-service training, orientation, and continuing education
• Identify learning needs and design training programs to address gaps in knowledge and skills
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify best practices and implement evidence-based care
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Provide mentorship and coaching to staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in staff development
