Ameriwell Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) who is fluent in both English and Spanish to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one support with daily living activities.

• Assist individuals in developing independence and life skills.

• Support community activities and social engagement.

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and the Ameriwell Care team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish – Required

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
