Carease Health - NJ, a nationwide preventative healthcare company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Woodbury, NJ. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and psychiatric collaborative care programs. We prioritize proactive measures for enhanced physical health and well-being, and we are committed to improving the lives of nursing home patients.

Responsibilities:

• Take vital signs, administer injections, and perform other clinical tasks as needed

• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Provide exceptional patient care and support

• Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless alignment with our facility's processes and protocols

• Maintain a high-volume work environment, prioritizing efficiency and organization

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a healthcare setting

• Certified Medical Assistant (Required)

• Driver's License (Required)

• Ability to relocate before starting work

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work
