Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting independence, autonomy, and personal growth

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and service providers

• Assist with daily living skills, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management

• Encourage socialization, community involvement, and access to community resources

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized support plans

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of support provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred

• Ability to lift, move, and transfer individuals with mobility impairments

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
