About the Role:

As a PCA 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide medication management, assist with mobility and transfers, and engage in recreational activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation. Additionally, you will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that each resident's needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide medication management and administer medications as needed
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of each resident
• Engage in recreational activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting; prior experience as a PCA or CNA a plus

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist with mobility of residents
