Care Connect at Home is a family-owned and operated home care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We’re building our caregiver team for our new Birmingham, Michigan location.

Position Summary

We’re seeking dependable, compassionate Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, and experienced caregivers to provide personalized, non-medical care in clients’ homes throughout Birmingham and surrounding Oakland County communities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Support safe mobility and transfers according to the client’s care plan and your training

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide medication reminders

• Assist with errands and transportation when assigned

• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided

• Communicate changes or concerns promptly to our office team

• Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or senior care experience preferred

• CNA certification or HHA training preferred

• Compassionate, professional, and dependable

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation to assigned shifts

• Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance if transporting clients

• Ability to complete required background screening

Location and Schedule

Care takes place in clients’ homes throughout Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Royal Oak, Southfield, and nearby communities. Assignments depend on client needs, caregiver availability, and location.
