As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality in-home care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses. Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support

• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences

• Maintain accurate records of client care services and submissions

• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other household tasks as needed

• Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training provided)
