Louisville Gardens is seeking an experienced Cook / Dietary Aide to join our dietary team. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Hours:

• Cook: 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

• Dietary Aide: 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and residents’ dietary needs.

• Assist with meal preparation, portioning, and dining service.

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

• Work with the dietary team to provide timely, quality meal service.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking or dietary aide experience is required.

• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.

• Dependable and available to work early morning shifts.

• Able to follow instructions and work well with a team.
