We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Imagination ABA Therapy.

About the Role:

As an ABA Therapist with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy programs for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs in one-on-one settings
• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating with BCBAs, parents, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans
• Providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients and families

Requirements:

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• RBT certification preferred but not required
