Seacoast Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and hardworking individuals who are interested in becoming CNAs. We provide free, in-house CNA Skills and Clinical training while giving you the opportunity to join our team as an RCA.

We hire you as an RCA, provide paid training and clinical experience, and upon successful completion of the CNA program, you will be hired as a CNA!

CNA Training Program Includes:

• CNA class begins mid-January 2027

• Paid onboarding and training

• 54 hours of CNA classwork, including remote learning that can be completed at home or at the facility

• 21 hours of paid clinical training at Seacoast

• Opportunity to pick up paid RCA shifts before and during the program

• Support throughout the training and CNA certification process

Schedule Commitment

Class starting January 2027 - Candidates must be able to commit to 3:00PM-11:00PM and Every Other Weekend

Completing the CNA program will qualify you for employment as a Certified Nursing Assistant with Seacoast Rehabilitation and Nursing Center!
