We are seeking an assertive, persistent, and detail-oriented professional to collect outstanding payments for services rendered. The ideal candidate takes ownership of overdue accounts, follows through consistently, and delivers measurable results while maintaining professional communication.

Responsibilities:

• Pursue outstanding balances from insurance companies, residents, and responsible parties.

• Resolve payment delays, billing discrepancies, and disputed balances.

• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, payments, and follow-up actions.

• Reduce aging receivables and meet collection goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare collections; skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and follow accounts through to resolution.
